I have had so many requests for information about my cakes I thought I would share with you my very favourite baking books. These are books that I just can't live without!
I totally aspire to be Peggy Porschen. Her cakes are totally amazing yet totally do able. This book is filled with wonderful recipes for different flavoured cakes. Shows you how much ingredient you need for each different sized cake tin which is an absolute must for beginners. This is a great book for beginners or the more experienced baker. It is packed full of lovely pictures and ideas. I would be lost without mine!
