Afternoon Tea at the cottage!

Another fantastic afternoon tea was held here at the cottage. Here are a few pictures of the cakes that were made and enjoyed!!
The top one is an Angel Cake which has got to be the lightest cake I have ever done served with cassis infused blackberries and a cassis sugar syrup! This cake was delicious!
The second cake is a red velvet one. This one was gone in no time at all... it's chocolaty cream cheesy loveliness was a huge hit
The third cake is a Raspberry Ripple one flavoured with my liqueur of the moment called Chambord....it is delicious!
Last but by no means least is the good old favourite a coffee and walnut cake made using Illy espresso coffee......an oldie but a goldie!
